Non veg food likers are more in this world
than the veg food liking people. It is solely for the reason that non
veg is tastier and looks delicious. But the more a person eats non veg,
the more he is prone to complex diseases. On the other hand, non veg
food, like fruits, vegetables and herbs make up the body immune system
and health. It has been reported that more veg eating people had
greater lifespan than non veg eating people. And also veg food has the
ability to keep a person happy and away from mental stress.
Fruits like apple, orange, grapes and banana bulid up the immune system and skin glow whereas herbs like ginger, cardamom and onion keep the blood sugar and heart rate at a balanced level. Also green vegetables like spinach and peas have been reported to be muscle builders
and helps in cell growth. If it comes to protein that many people think
are present more in meat and egg, soyabean has much more of that than
that type of non veg foods. Also veg helps in keeping the stomach and
food track of humans clean and healthy.
In case of non veg foods, they contain toxic acids and produce
harmful gaseous chemicals when the stomach tries to churn and digest the
food particles. Pork and beef has more fat and oil which the digestive
track has problems in complete digestion which results in ailments like
ulcer and stomach digestion inabilities. Though fish is somewhat safe,
but beef and pork are food which a high blood pressure person should
avoid.
Vegetables have so much to offer and yet we choose more of non veg.
But the consequences are pretty clear when a person goes to old age.
Obesity and muscle weakness leading to arthritis, low bone density and
cataract are very few problems to deal with. More often than not,
doctors advice patients to have a balanced diet
of fruit juice and veg menu in their lunch and dinner. The fact is to
lead a normal healthy life with mental balance, non veg is the ultimate
option.
